Repair any leaky plumbing including faucets and toilets, have furnace/AC cleaned, tighten knobs and handles, repair plaster, touch up pain, clean/repair windows. 

There are many simple, inexpensive updates you can make to freshen up the curb appeal of your home. Keep the lawn cut and landscaping in a neat manner, power wash concrete, touch up exterior paint, update the address numbers, repair broken screens, replace the mailbox, update the door bell, handles, and locks. 

Turn on the lights, use temperature control with heating and cooling, open drapes to bring natural light in and light the fireplace. 

Clean halls and stairways of all clutter, store or donate surplus furniture, clear all countertops in kitchen, box up seasonal clothing, remove half of clothing out of every closet. 

Pay special attention to kitchen and baths! Clean all appliances, flooring, corners, exhaust vents, light fixtures, blinds and basement cobwebs. Dust water heater, furnace, duct work, washer & dryer.
